We handle our projects “from scratch” to completion. After verification and risk assessment, projects are implemented at the locations of choice. We secure the required real estate, represent our clients and guide them through the entire process of negotiations and administrative procedures, coordinate associated services (geology, geodesy, expert reports etc.), prepare designs and supervise the implementation and commissioning of the investment project.

CONSTRUCTION DESIGN DOCUMENTS

Construction designs for building permit application. We support and represent our clients, as well as fulfil any required obligations on their behalf as regard the building permit application.

Preparation of detailed designs and optimization procedures in compliance with the selected technology. We provide consultancy at every stage of the investment in relation to technical, as well as formal and legal matters.

Cooperation with designers operating in various fields of expertise allows us to provide a complete documentation package (construction, architecture, roads, electricity, septic systems).

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION

Our company supervises the implementation of investments and the corresponding processes. Depending on the scope of entrusted responsibilities, we provide a contract engineer, site architect, construction management services and perform on-site supervision.
